If you encounter this problem, it's because your browser isn't set to open links in a new tab. This is a setting that you can change:

  • In Safari, navigate to Safari -> Preferences -> Tabs, and set the dropdown for "Open pages in tabs instead of windows" to "Always."
  • In Chrome, download an extension such as Click to Tab to enable links to automatically open in a new tab.
  • In Firefox, navigate to Firefox -> Preferences -> General, and make sure the box next to "Open new windows in a new tab instead" is checked.

Once you've fixed the issue with your browser, you should be able to refresh the page and redo that element.
