1. Click ‘file’ and then ‘print’ (or just hit the ‘print’ icon directly)
2. On the left-hand side at the bottom, click where it says, ‘Print using system dialog…’ A print window will then appear.
3. Under ‘Select printer,’ select ‘Mainlevel_Commons’
4. Click ‘Preferences’
5. Under ‘My Tab’ scroll down to the bottom
6. Locate at the bottom of the right-hand corner a scroll down box labeled ‘Select color’
7. Click the scroll down box
8. Select ‘Auto Color’
9. Click ‘Okay’
10. Print
