First, be sure to take a screenshot of your passing grade. If all else fails, you can show this screenshot to your professor, and s/he can manually enter a grade.
Your grade will only appear after you have:
- Completed all sections of the tutorial
- Taken (you don't need to have passed) all the quiz elements
- Closed all open windows associated with taking the tutorial.
The tutorial can get confused if the person taking it has jumped around between sections or skipped sections. If this has been the case, it might be necessary to retake the tutorial from the beginning. When prompted with "Do you want to resume," say "no" to start over.
