This issue can usually be resolved by refreshing the tutorial. HOWEVER, if you are taking the course in Schoology, you may have to reopen the tutorial from your Schoology course. You will be able to resume where you left off, but make sure you close all tutorial windows before reopening the tutorial. Running multiple screens of the tutorial in the same browser confuses Schoology, and may result in your grade not being calculated correctly.
