Your Wheaton-issued username is firstname.lastname (or possibly your firstname initial and lastname combined, e.g. jsmith). You can reset your password by going to http://lostpass.wheaton.edu. It will ask a couple of security questions before it lets you reset your password. If you can't answer the security questions, call the AIT support desk at x4357.
