Zotero Write and Cite can be used with LibreOffice, a free Microsoft Office-like program.
- Download LibreOffice at http://www.libreoffice.org/
- Install the Zotero plugin
- From the "gear" icon on the menu bar go to Preferences ->Cite.
- Install the LibreOffice/Open Office plugin.
- Restart LibreOffice if open.
